We are home again!

After two days, we are home! This stay was a "short" two days minus 4 hours.  Even though it was frustrating to have to be back there, it was for good reason.  They were able to monitor him and he did great.  They did end up placing him on a new medication to help regulate his rhythm.  The med is called Propranolol and is minimally invasive but has done a great job so far.  It does also help to lower his resting rate as well so for the first time ever he is down in the 110-120 range at rest.  One of the side effects is that it can lower his glucose levels however they tested that today and all looks good :)

So once again, we are home all together again!  We have come to accept that this is all part of the process.  A friend asked me "How do you eat an elephant?" And the answer to that of course is "one bite at a time!"  That's exactly what we plan to do.  God has a plan for this little man and we just hope we can support him through the journey in the best way possible.

We are so blessed to be surrounded by your love and prayers.  We had a nice relaxing night at the house with some dear friends....pizza, wine, fire and some cigars.  It's the moments like that, that make this so much easier to handle.  But greater than that is the peace that we have in knowing every detail is in the hands of our amazing creator!

casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
1 Peter 5:7

Enjoying the journey,
