Sorry it has been a few days since our last post....George has said before no news is good news. And the good news is that Landen has made it home!!!
Last weekend was slooow... Landen was impressing everyone with his recovery but we had to hang out for the weekend in order to have a few procedures done that could not be completed until Monday. His Cardiologist gave him "honorary mention" as he would have been a record breaking "Glenn recovery" if only they didn't hold us up for 2 days.... ;) Monday we completed yet another xray and then a sedated echo and both came back with great results!! So with all the discharge procedures, papers and medication schedule all checked off... they let us go! Yay!!
Since we have left George and I have stopped a few times and thought to ourselves the incredible change that has just happened inside Landen's body and how he is just sailing on like there was no storm! He is impressive. As well as the gift and skill God has given all the doctors, surgeons and nurses to accomplish that is just amazing. We constantly say we are so blessed be so close to one of the best hospitals!
It has been a whirlwind of a week but at the same time we have felt a peace like no other thanks to all the support, prayers and never ending protection from a loving God!!!
Landen's sisters are so glad to have him home. Holding them back a little from smothering him with hugs and kisses is going to be our biggest challenge this week! One I will gladly take on! :)

So glad to hear all the good news! He looks very healthy - and happy! Now you can get back to the normal everyday routine with all 3 little ones, I know you are enjoying it all - Katie
